Dr Lee grew up knowing nothing about chiropractic or true health. At eight years old, he had his first migraine, which became a regular occurrence in life. The only way he learned to cope was to lie in a dark room while life carried on normally for others around him. He suffered from migraines for fifteen years, and finally realized that over-the-counter and prescription drugs were not the answer. He had never considered chiropractic until age 23.
His first chiropractor, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, detected several subluxations that were contributing to and/or causing his health issues. In time, the migraines reduced dramatically. Also, his longstanding low back pain felt amazing improvement. Most notable, however, was that he had not been sick that year, as usual, and his crippling anxiety disorder began to subside. His health was at an overall high, and chiropractic was responsible.
These miraculous changes inspired his decision to enroll at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he graduated with Research Honors. As a student, he had the pleasure of working on two NIH-funded studies, and another study that was published in the Journal of Chiropractic Education. It gives Dr Lee great joy to see health improvements in others through natural chiropractic care, and to see people achieve the same amazing results that he did.
